Each week you will read a story in your reading book. After completing the story you are to complete the reading activities. Your answers must be 100 words unless you are given specific directions. Your assignments will take a week to complete. You will receive weekly feedback from me.

Reading Scale

• 5 points Fluent: The student shows effort through a thoughtful response.  The response discusses the topic and gives supporting details.  

• 3 points Proficient: The assignment discusses the topic, but gives few supporting details. 

• 1 point Limited: Response does not address the topic. No supporting details are given.
